How big are the jumpers?

The regular jumpers are 13' x 13' and the combo jumpers are 27' x 16'.

What surfaces can you have the jumper on?

You can have the jumper on grass (which is the best surface), concrete, bark, and asphalt. We have tarps that we can lay down. We can set up on driveways. a very slight slope is not a problem, however, the flatter the surface the better. Since we can't pound stakes into your driveway, we will have to find alternative means at your location to secure the unit.

Do you clean the jumpers?

Yes, we clean and disinfect the jumpers after every use.

How far in advance do I need to reserve?

We suggest 2-4 weeks before your scheduled party date. We are always happy to accommodate last minute bookings.

My party is tomorrow. Can I still get a jumper?

Maybe! Give us a call and we will try to work it in.

How many children can fit in a jumper?

Generally speaking, between 6 and 10 kids at one time. This really depends on the size of the children and the size of the jumper. Most jumpers can hold up to 800 lbs. so about 3-4 adults can go in.

How long does it take to Set up?

Set up usually takes 20-30 minutes, providing there are no obstacles on the surface where the unit will be operating.

Does the blower need electricity? How much does it use?

Yes. We will bring a 50-100 foot extension cord with us, so you'll need a standard 110v outlet near the set up area. The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 14 cents of electricity per hour.

What if it rains?

We will call you the morning of your reservation to discuss rain concerns. During periods of severe weather conditions (rain, high winds, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. There is no charge to you for a cancelled reservation due to weather. We will give you the option to keep your reservation if the weather is questionable. Once the jumper is set up there are no refunds or partial refunds.

What are the hours of operation?

Rental times are usually between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm. Special arrangements are sometimes possible if you need the jumper past our last pick-up time.
